Brianne Hamilton

Brianne Hamilton serves as Director of Operations and Paralegal at Victims’ Safe Harbor Foundation (VSHF). Drawing on her Bachelor of Arts in English and a diverse professional background, she brings organizational leadership, clear communication, and a strong commitment to client advocacy to her dual role.

As Director of Operations, Brianne oversees VSHF’s day-to-day operations, client intake, case management systems, and administrative processes. Her work helps ensure that the organization functions efficiently while remaining responsive to the individual needs of its clients. As a paralegal, she supports all phases of litigation, including discovery management, legal drafting, trial preparation, and client communication.

Brianne approaches her work through a trauma-informed, survivor-centered lens. Recognizing that individuals seeking VSHF’s assistance are often navigating extraordinarily difficult circumstances, she is committed to creating an experience in which every client and prospective client is treated with compassion, dignity, and care.
